Me

Wanna know more about little old me? I’m a writer, attorney, single mother of two teenage boys as well as the proud owner of 5 dogs, 7 cats, 2 goldfish, 2 gerbils, 1 hamster, and a couple of parakeets. What do I write? Satire and comedy, my darlings, of course.

I wrote my first novel at age 20. I had an agent who shopped it around. I had quite a bit of interest so I wrote a screenplay for it which was viewed by a number of Hollywood big shots including Jodie Foster. However, I grew tired of the whole thing so I pulled it before it sold and stopped writing for a while. I was in college at the time so I focused on finishing my degree.

Now, I’m currently working on my comedy work entitled, “I’m With Stupid: Stories of My Ex-Husbands.” I hope to have it finished by Spring 2010. I’m also working on a book about my life as a Lutheran called, “Sex, Lies, and Lutefish.”

Oh yes and I’m an attorney. I practice family law which is also a great source of humor.
